Exercise Physiology is a 4-year bachelor’s degree provided by a National University.
We specialise in clinical exercise intervention for injury rehabilitation & chronic disease management.
We assist in restoring one’s optimal physical function, health, and wellness.
Exercise Physiology services are claimable through private health funds. We work with return to work and motor vehicle accident insurance companies. We also provide bulk billed DVA and Medicare services.

Follow-up appointments are to ensure safe exercise execution, and to revise and adjust the treatment plan to ensure your goals are being met.

Reformer Pilates is a full body workout performed on a reformer machine (refer to image). The reformer provides resistance through spring tensions and your body weight. This machine enables anyone to attend as it allows you to apply as much or as little spring tension/resistance as you feel comfortable with.

Aerobic Hybrid Reformer Pilates is a full body workout performed on a reformer machine (refer to image) & using cardio equipment (ski ergs, rowers and assault bikes).
